What are the shipping options?

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery usually arrives within 10-14 business days, but may take up to 20 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Express Delivery
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
Express shipping orders placed on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.

What are International Duties and Taxes?

Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to some import restrictions, certain items may need to be removed during checkout. If your order contains these products, you will be notified at that time.

Does Asiaphilic covers International Taxes, Duties and Customs Fees?

We ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and click on Orders to get the tracking number for your order. Please note that online tracking may not be available for all countries.
